Association of "Eco-industrial parks of Ukraine"
The organization focused on helping all parties interested or involved in development of eco-industrial or industrial parks in Ukraine. This includes local governments, landowners, foreign and domestic investors, management companies, local or foreign production companies, logistics and transportation companies, service and equipment providers, environmental agencies, or any other entity or person who is interested in becoming a member of the Association.

About us
The Association “Eco-Industrial Parks of Ukraine” was created for the purpose of coordinating the activities of the association’s members, protecting their interests, as well as representation at the state level and with the other organizations of interest.
The association considers its activity as a structure and a framework that will popularize eco-industrial parks of Ukraine inside and outside its borders, attracting investments and expanding the scope of opportunities for its members.
The Association is working closely with United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) in order to implement the successful model of eco-industrial parks, which is being implemented in many countries around the world
Ecological Development programs
The programs are aimed at providing support for the introduction of ecological technologies, creation of the new production facilities, modernization of the existing facilities and creation of the more sustainable production. The target audience for these programs includes participants of the industrial park, partners, investors and initiators of the industrial parks.
Innovations
The program stimulates the use of innovative technologies in production and can be useful in the development and implementation of alternative production processes and materials for participants and partners
Treatment plants
The program aims to create and modernize treatment facilities in order to reduce harmful emissions into the air and water. This program will help the participants to create a more environmentally friendly industrial parks and meet the environmental standards
Sustainable Energy
The program is aimed at introducing solar and other sustainable energy technologies in eco-industrial parks. It can be useful for participants and partners who plan to use solar and other sustainable energy for their own production needs
Support grants
The program was created to assist with financial support to the projects aimed at the implementation of ecological technologies for creation of sustainable and energy-efficient production. This program can is useful for the industrial park participants who want to reduce emissions and improve the energy efficiency of production
The main goal of developing these programs is to reduce the negative impact of industrial production on the environment by utilizing renewable energy sources and introduction of modern innovative technologies.
Areas of activity
Services provided to the initiator of an industrial park:
– land survey and market analysis for prospective locations;
– support in developing the Detailed Territorial Plan (DTP), modifications of the General Plan of the settlement for the possibility of creating an industrial park;
– support in developing the land management projects in order to change the purpose of the land plot (if necessary);
– development of the project road map;
– development of the concept of the industrial park, including the calculation of eco parameters;
– registration of the industrial park;
– support in evaluating tenders for the election of the Management Company of the industrial park;
– assisting in attracting financing for the development of an industrial park (investors, partners, investment grants);
– involvement of the industrial park participants;
– training and certification of the specialists for work in eco-industrial parks;
– comprehensive legal support (at all stages of creation and operation of the industrial park);
– web development;
– marketing and promotion of industrial parks.
Services provided to the management company:
– assisting in attracting financing for development of the industrial park (investors, partners, grants);
– involvement of the industrial park participants;
– establishing a system of cooperation between the parties involved in the creation and operation of the industrial park;
– assistance in monitoring and reporting;
– creation of the development strategy based on synergy of the participating enterprises and other aspects of the industrial park in accordance of eco standards;
– development of the business plan;
– preparation of tender documents and assistance in participation in the competition for the Management Company;
– assistance in choosing counterparties (partners, subcontractors);
– training and certification of the specialists for work in eco-industrial parks;
– legal support (at all stages, from signing the contracts with the initiator to full support of the operations of the industrial park);
